WHOLESALE  POLICIES

Thank you so much for your interest in carrying Rodeo Hippie Brand in your store! Below, you will find our wholesale policies.

You must submit a wholesale application. The application is located on the home page under the photo. Upon approval as a wholesale customer, you will be able to preview wholesale pricing, shop for products, and place orders directly on the website.

GENERAL TERMS

Your submission of the wholesale application indicates that you agree to the following wholesale agreement.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS

Opening Order: Minimum of 2 Designs

Tees: 6 per design (open sizing)

Re-Order : 1 Design

Truckers can be ordered in any installments once tee minimum has been met. 

MSRP

You must retail our items for at least double the wholesale price for at least 60 days. Once the 60 days are up, the items are at your discretion as far as pricing goes.

WEB COMMERCE

Items purchased should not be resold through sites and stores such as Etsy, Ebay, and Amazon or on Facebook or Instagram Flash Sales.

SIZING

Sizing may vary from the Unisex Tees and Ringer Tees. Please look at the Size Chart at the bottom of the website for complete measurements.

PRODUCT IMAGES

RODEO HIPPIE will happily make product images available for you to use. Please contact us.

 PAYMENT METHODS

At this time RODEO HIPPIE is not extending credit terms. All orders must be accompanied with full payment. We accept credit card payments as well as PayPal.

 SHIPPING/HANDLING

Minimum order requirements must be met in order for your items to ship. Items will not be shipped until full payment is received.  Please note we do not accept COD payments. Depending on the size of a customer’s order, tees will be shipped in postal bags or boxes. We ship via USPS or UPS based on the package size, customer location, and the best rate.

SHIPPING ERRORS, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY

Order errors must be brought to the attention of RODEO HIPPIE within 5 business days of receipt of shipments. RODEO HIPPIE Tees are made to order. Upon the receipt of an order, garments are ordered from our suppliers, we receive them and print them at your request. They are handmade products. We used DTG printing  and screen printing for all our garments. If you find defects in ink or garments, please contact RODEO HIPPIE within 5 business days and a replacement or credit will be issued. We do not accept returns or exchanges on unsold items. We do not take returns of full orders without special circumstances. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
